Petersen Family Farms is in their second year of running a Farm Summer Camp for kids ages 5-11. Their camp is a unique opportunity for children to experience a real working farm.
The children have so much fun learning and interacting with the farm animals. They also love planting their own pumpkins and coming back in the fall to harvest a pumpkin.
This is a hands on experience that encourages children to appreciate where their food comes from.
