The Gateway Celebrates New Year’s EVE

Discovery Gateway, Clark Planetarium and Fireworks

WHO:             The Gateway Shopping Center and the Downtown Alliance

WHAT:           The Gateway will partner with the Downtown Alliance to create a special New Year’s EVE celebration for the entire family. Festivities include:

• Free admission to Discovery Gateway and the Clark Planetarium with EVE ticket
• Children’s Fireworks over Rio Grand Avenue with a countdown at 7 p.m.
• Clark Planetarium: “Lasers. 3D. Sound.” 360-degrees of immersive entertainment that offers a sensory experience unlike any other.
• Discovery Gateway: noon countdown and ball drop and noise maker shakers and paper glasses from 1–5 p.m.

WHEN:           Tuesday, December 31, 2013
From 10 a.m. until after midnight
