Family Night at Museum of Peoples and Cultures

Passports FHE 2013

The BYU Museum of Peoples and Cultures (MPC) invites families and students to celebrate a fun and educational FHE event on Monday, July 8th.

“This FHE extravaganza only comes once a year,” Samantha Gilbert, promotions manager at the MPC, said. “It’s a great way to get out of the house and learn something new while spending time with the family or student FHE group.”

Families and FHE groups of all ages will have the opportunity to come into the museum and, with a "passport” that allows them to move from station to station learning about new cultures. After they've visited every station and have gotten a stamp in every page of their passport, they can turn it in for a special prize!

Admission is free for everyone as the open house event takes place in an open house fashion anytime between 4-8 PM.

The MPC hosts events to serve the academic mission of BYU and care for anthropological, archaeological, and ethnographic collections in the custody of the University. Educating visitors through thrilling events allows the MPC to branch out in creative ways that benefit the BYU community.
