On July 1st, we were introduced to their new menu at the Trolley Square location, and it was absolutely amazing and more than I was expecting. Rodizio is known for their large selection of meats, and by adding the American BBQ ribs it didn’t take away from the Brazilian food, but added to it. It was still brought around to your table by the servers, and was probably one of the best BBQ ribs I’ve ever had!
Not only have they added new meat for summer, but they have also added new selections to their salad bar. When I think of summer food, it’s usually light and refreshing, and the salad bar is exactly that.
I also really enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and amazing dessert!
