Amazing Race: Campus Edition
It is time for the BYU Museum of Peoples and Cultures’ (MPC) craziest event yet. The Amazing Race: Campus Edition invites teams to compete head to head in a battle of brains, brawn, and outright wits.
“We are absolutely thrilled about this new event for Museums Live Day,” Elizabeth Smith, events manager at the MPC, said. “It looks like it’s going to be our most elaborate activity yet.”
Amazing Race: Campus Edition allows teams of 4-10 to sign up and compete against other teams for the grand title. The Museum has artifacts scattered across BYU campus—it is up to individual teams to follow instructions and complete tasks before their competitors!
This adventure will take place on Saturday, September 28th at 9:45 a.m.
Costs are $5 per team member and teams must have at least four people to sign up. Registration opens on Monday, September 16th and closes Wednesday, September 25th. Teams can call the museum to hold a spot for 24 hours but must come into the museum in person to pay fees, sign up members and retrieve the information packet. Breakfast will be served and t-shirts will be provided to each team member at the event.
