A few months ago I was sent the Beautiful Live Skin Care System by Trusted Health Products to use and review. I wanted to make sure I used it long enough to be able to write an honest review, so this review comes after using the product for four months.
What is the Beautiful Live Skin Care System by Trusted Health Products?

My thoughts and experience using Beautiful:

- My first impression was how cute the bottle was! Trusted Health Products customize each order with your name on it! This is great for college students or others sharing a bathroom.
- I must admit, I was a little bit nervous at first about putting oil on my face. I was impressed with how smooth and clean my face felt after using it, and didn’t feel oily at all while using the Beautiful products. I love the fresh, clean smell, and my kids even made a comment with how “yummy” I smelled when I kissed them goodnight after applying the PM Revitalizer. In fact, my face feels less oily than when I use the leading brand products. Read the report on “The Poisons You Put On Your Face Every Day”.
- A note from the manufacturer: You may have been told to never put oils on your face, because oils supposedly cause breakouts or blemishes. This statement alone couldn’t be further from the truth. Sebum, the natural oil produced by your body, is a vital component in keeping your skin moist, elastic, healthy and radiant. The problem comes in when your body over-produces sebum. One of the main causes of this, as mentioned above, is the use of harsh chemical-laden skincare products that strip the natural oils from your face. But when your face’s oils are given what they need in order to remain in balance, the result is beautiful, young looking, glowing skin. This happens because Beautiful works in harmony with nature.
- I also thought that because the bottle was small, and only 0.5 oz, that it would be gone within a few weeks. The leading brand products that I am used to buying and using don’t last very long at all if I buy the smaller sizes. I was amazed that the 0.5 oz size lasted a few months.
- The recommended use is to put 2-3 drops on each cheek and spread to entire face. At first, I had to use a few more drops than recommended because my skin soaked up the oils, but my skin adjusted and now the 2-3 drops each cheek is plenty.
- One thing that’s tricky about my skin is that it’s never consistent: it’s super dry in the winter time, and super oily in the summer. I love that I don’t have to buy a different product each season; this product is good for all skin types.
- After using Beautiful for a few months, I did an experiment and went back to my leading brand skin care regimen for a week. I was amazed at how oily and gross my skin felt, and it’s winter right now! My skin didn’t feel fresh and clean; instead it felt clogged, gross and oily. I could tell that I was putting ingredients on my face that were not good for my skin. I was more than happy to go back to using the Beautiful line, and feel clean and fresh again!
- One thing that I had a hard time adjusting to is that this product does not have sunscreen in it. The leading brand morning cream I used to use had a sunscreen combined with it, so I didn’t have to worry about sun exposure. You will have to use a sunscreen on top of this if you are going to be out in the sun. (This wasn’t too big of a deal, because the foundation makeup I use has sunscreen in it as well, but if I am going out without makeup I need to make an extra effort to add sunscreen.)
- I did not experience a “brief blemish breakout” as indicated might happen. Please read the note from the manufacturer below. They warned me that at first, I might experience a brief breakout while my skin is removing toxins and build up. I did not experience this, even though some might. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting it. Even if I had experienced the slight blemish breakout, it would have been worth it to get the results I have now.
- Please be advised that within the first 30 days of using Beautiful, you may experience a brief blemish breakout. This typically lasts from 1-2 days, possibly up to a week. The botanical oils in Beautiful gently and naturally remove toxins and build up that have accumulated over time from the use of chemical-laden skincare products and cosmetics. These botanical ingredients also help remove the cause behind excessive oil production. If a breakout does occur, this is actually a really good sign, as your skin will be ridding itself of toxins that have built up over time. It’s important not to get discouraged during this brief detoxifying period, because once it ends, your skin will emerge with a more beautiful, young looking, radiant appearance. Results vary for each person. You may wash your face with soap before applying Beautiful; we also recommend that after 30 days you try washing your face with just warm water to see if it removes the dirt without soap.
- After using and comparing Beautiful with the leading brand, expensive skin care system I used before, I am excited to have discovered this product, and will continue to purchase it and use it as my daily skin care regimen. My skin feels firmer and my pores are smaller.
