Brio Tuscan Grille Supports Good Samaritan Program

BRIO Tuscan Grille in City Creek will benefit the downtown Good Samaritan Program throughout the month of February. Guests who bring in an article of clothing (coats, hats, sweaters, etc.) or a personal care item (shampoo, soap, deodorant, etc.) to donate to the Good Samaritan Program will receive 20 percent off their entire bill and a free appetizer card for their next visit. BRIO at City Creek will also donate 10 percent of sales each Sunday through the end of February to help the Good Samaritan Program with funding to assist those in need.

“We want to take this opportunity to give back and help this amazing program that has given so much to our community,” said Bob Boyland, BRIO City Creek general manager. “We hope guests will come together and help our neighbors in need.”

For over 20 years the Good Samaritan Program has been serving the less fortunate in our community. By providing a meal, referrals, personal care items and direct assistance to those in need, the program has been a vital source of nourishment and stability for those who come to their door. The Good Samaritan Program hands out approximately 8,000 sack lunches per month and provides assistance with basic needs, including personal care items, clothing, shoes, and blankets in cold weather, as well as catastrophic aid.

BRIO features lunch, brunch, happy hour and dinner and is open seven days a week. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
