Brenn Hill is our favorite entertainer at the Cowboy Poetry.
We always plan our schedule and attendance at the Cowboy Poetry according to when he is performing.
The Heber Valley Western Music and Cowboy Poetry Gathering is an annual event in Midway and Heber that has become a beloved tradition for many people in Utah and the surrounding states. Staying the night at The Homestead or The Zermatt Resort has become a part of that tradition.
We sent our team members up to enjoy a night at the Cowboy Poetry and check out some of their favorite cowboy poetry artists.
Our team loves to attend the Heber Valley Cowboy Poetry because it is a nice, relaxing weekend that is very inexpensive considering the entertainment you receive. The artists are very talented, and most of them write their own songs that tell their life story and personal life experiences of being a cowboy. The artists are original and are just waiting for that special opportunity to make it to the big time.
Our favorite entertainer at the Cowboy Poetry is Brenn Hill . We always plan our schedule and attendance at the Cowboy Poetry according to when he is performing. This year he was performing with Tom Russell, who was also fun to watch and listen to.
The Buckaroo Ball is also a favorite part of the event, and one we look forward to every year.
The Cowboy Poets are also a fun part of the event; it’s like being around the campfire hearing stories that make you laugh.
Some kids attend this event, but because you have to sit still and listen politely to the entertainers, it might not be suitable for very young children. Teenagers and older are better suited for this event.
Don’t miss out on this event next year!

Enjoy Utah was provided with two complimentary tickets to the Cowboy Poetry gathering. We were not compensated financially for our review, nor were we required or persuaded to write any specific type of review. The opinions and views expressed in this review are all our own.
