5 for Life is an invitation for women to receive 5 lifesaving tests, with only one copay (insurance pending), for:
- heart disease
- breast cancer
- cervical cancer
- skin cancer
- colon cancer
All 5 tests in only one visit, and less than three hours!
Women who attend this event will also receive:
- Expert health advice and education
- Pampered chair massages
- A healthy breakfast
Avoid the hassle of making 5 different appointments on different days, doctors, etc., and only pay a single co-pay for 5 tests (Insurance pending).

What are the costs?
University of Utah Healthcare accepts most insurances but you are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance provider to verify that this visit will be covered under your benefit plan.
