“The Music Man” Opens In This Summer’s High Valley Arts Production in Midway

This summer’s High Valley Arts Production runs July 3-20

MIDWAY, UTAH (July 3, 2013) —The popular 1962 musical “The Music Man” originally set in a small town in Iowa, will be appearing in another small town, Midway, Utah. The musical will be performed in Midway’s outdoor summer theater, with performances staged at 7:45 p.m., July 3-20, excluding Tuesdays and Sundays.   

A live-music preshow will entertain audiences each night starting at 6:45 p.m.  Tickets range from $8 to $15.  Guests are invited to bring a picnic dinner and their own lawn chairs, or chairs can be rented for $2 at the venue.  Tickets are available at Day’s Market in Heber City, online at highvalleyarts.org, or by calling 435-657-5007. 

High Valley Arts Foundation has staged several professional-quality plays in recent years, including last year’s outdoor theater production “Fiddler on the Roof.”
