The annual Whispers in the Park, Halloween Carnival kicks off its 2nd year at a new venue., Weber State University!  The carnival brings together all the elements needed to jump-start the Holiday Season: Food, Games, Bounce Houses, Zombies, Live Music, and a few other surprises. All proceeds go to supporting our public service programs: T.A.P.E (Transportation Assistance for Persons with Epilepsy), MAP (Medical Assistance Program, Annual Education Conference and Camp Neuro Revolution (A Camp for children and teen with Epilepsy, ages 10-18 )
