Museum Family Day - FREE!

Utah Valley University’s Woodbury Art Museum will host a Family Day event on Saturday, July 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the event is to expose local residents to the new “Art of Our Century” exhibition, currently featured at the museum through August 7th. It will also provide families and children a fun way to learn through hands-on activities about art.
The museum staff has planned several activities that will appeal to adults and children of all ages.
“Family Days are a chance for children to explore the art we have on display,” said Melissa Hempel, interim director of the Woodbury Art Museum. “In a setting where we usually remind them to keep their hands to themselves, our family activities encourage tactile and aesthetic experiences that draw from the current exhibition.”
