Little Black Dress Wellness Event

Ogden Clinic will host a Little Black Dress Wellness Event at Ivy Lane Reception Center on November 12, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will educate women on the important issues affecting their health and wellness. Activities include free health forums & spa treatments, vendor booths, prizes and much more.

"This complimentary event is recommended for women of all ages. The event is free, but space is limited. Reservations are required," said Kelley Whalen, Marketing Coordinator at Ogden Clinic.

A keynote address, "Conquer It!" from Devin Gongora will teach effective ways to "conquer" everyday barriers that holds us back from health and fitness goals. It will educate on motivational tips and provide resources on achieving fitness success.

Renowned experts from the Northern Utah area will provide free women's health forums that will take place at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon. Experts include marriage and family therapists, Ogden Clinic women's health providers, Ogden Clinic dermatologist, and Ogden Clinic physicians.
