Winter is a great time to spot wildlife and see their tracks! Julie Young, a USU faculty member specializing in winter animal adaptations and tracking will lead us on a one hour snowshoe tour on the south side of the Swaner Preserve. We'll visit areas where only the wildlife roam and see their stories unfold in the snow. Meet at the Swaner EcoCenter Monday, February 21 at 11:00 am. Snowshoes will be provided but we encourage you to bring your own if you have them.
Reservations for the snowshoe tour are required and there is an $8 fee for non-members, $4 fee for members, and half price for children. Spots are limited! To RSVP, please contact Savannah@EcoCenter.org or 435-649-1767 ext. 113.
