Temple Square Garden Tours have begun for the 2012 Season
Free Garden Tours on Temple Square have now commenced for the season.
Regular Tours will run weekdays and Sundays through September. They are open to the public and require no reservations.
However, groups also have the option of calling 801-240-5916 to schedule a private tour for any time that is convenient. We would also appreciate notification of a large group planning to attend one of the regular tours so the guide can prepare accordingly.
The Regular Tour Schedule is as follows:
- Tour of the Church Office Building Plaza, and areas around the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, the Church Administration Building, the Lion House, and the Beehive House.
- Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. Visitors meet the guide inside the South Lobby of the Church Office Building Tower.
- Wednesday evening 7:00 p.m. Visitors meet the guide outside the South Doors of the Church Office Building Tower.
- Sunday morning 10:30 a.m. following the Tabernacle Choir Broadcast. Visitors meet the guide at the East Gates of Temple Square.
- Tour of Conference Center Roof Gardens.
- Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.
Visitors meet the guide inside Door 15.

Have you ever been to one of these tours? Would it be something kids would enjoy?
ReplyDeleteMy kids love the tours, and they are 6 and 8. I think it all depends on your kid and how often you take them on tours like this.
