November 22nd at 6pm, Layton City will be holding their Holiday Lighting Ceremony. They will have performances from local schools at the Ed Kenley Ampitheatre and the lights will come on at 6:30pm. This event is free to the public. The lights will be on every night until January 1st, and this is a really fun display! If you've never been, make sure you go this year! Bundle up the kids and take some hot chocolate as the display is set up to be a short walk through a small section of the park. Last year my son loved the animals and nature scenes as well as the traditional holiday images.
The lighting event should be a great way to kick off your holiday season and get you in the mood to enjoy the winter wonderland!
This display is at the Layton Commons Park located at 437 N Wasatch Drive. It's across from Layton High School and by the city buildings and police station.
Utah is really one of kind place. That is why I really love this place.
