This will be a great occasion for kids, and some awesome photo ops at the union station for your witches, warlocks and little monsters.
They are asking that children not attend after 6pm (I would assume it gets "scarier") but do offer babysitting at a low fee for those parents that want an hour or two to enjoy themselves.
